Unlike bulky silicon, plastic or metal cases and faceplates, WraptorSkinz are designed to be thin and very tough. WraptorSkinz are a composite of two layers of commercial grade materials. The bottom layer is a soft, flexible vinyl with a special removable adhesive that is easily positioned, applied without air bubbles, and effortlessly removed without leaving a sticky residue. Next we print the bottom layer with UV protected, fade resistant inks that deliver superb photo quality designs in vibrant colors. Great fit and finish!
Although instructions for this were lacking, it was mostly self explanatory and went on very easily. It can be lifted to correct mistakes and air bubbles were removed with a pin. I was able to apply it w/out any disassembly of the guitar. The finish is great and makes my Rock Band guitar stand out amongst all my friends.
Decent skin
The skin is a flawless fit for the standard Rock Band 2 Stratocaster Guitar and it looks sharp.
My only complaint is that eliminating air bubbles is near impossible, but we were able to get rid of most of them through a combination of careful placement, pushing bubbles out to the edge, and the use of a hair dryer (be careful - not too hot, not too close!) to smooth out the surface.
Apart from that, this is a relatively inexpensive way to personalize your guitar.
